Job Title: HIA Support Officer

Location: Twickenham, TW1 3BZ - Full time Office Based

Hourly rate £17.50 PAYE / £23.10 UMB Per Hour

Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for HIA enquiries, providing empathetic and informed support.
Manage and process documentation for grants and adaptive works.
Liaise with clients, landlords, Housing Associations, solicitors, Occupational Therapists, and contractors.
Use systems like Civica, Saffron, and Integra to manage client data, raise orders, and process payments.
Ensure contractor work meets specifications before authorising payments.
Prioritise urgent repairs and provide feedback following complaints.
Produce reports and maintain accurate records for insurance and audit purposes.We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in financial/payment systems and multi-disciplinary environments.
Skilled in raising invoices, processing payments, and working under pressure.
Empathetic and confident in communicating with vulnerable clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using IT systems and databases.
