At voco Grand Central Hotel and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel, we’re looking for a Part-Time Cluster Human Resources Administrator to join our People Team.
This is a varied role supporting two busy hotels, helping to keep our people processes organised, accurate and running smoothly. You’ll support everything from new starters and HR records to training, compliance, recruitment and team engagement.
Working 24 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, we’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and great with detail. Previous experience in a busy, high-volume administration role is essential, ideally within hospitality or another fast-paced environment. Previous HR experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administration role and be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
You’ll be organised, dependable and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll also be comfortable learning new systems, maintaining trackers and handling confidential information appropriately.
Hospitality experience is highly desirable, and previous HR or People administration experience would be an advantage. Most importantly, you’ll have a positive, helpful approach, be confident communicating with managers and team members and take ownership of seeing tasks through.
What Great Looks Like
You keep things organised, stay ahead of deadlines and spot what might otherwise be missed. Your records are accurate, your follow-up is reliable and you understand that great HR administration isn’t just about paperwork, it helps create a great team member experience and keeps our hotels organised and compliant.
What You'll Receive
If you enjoy being busy, take pride in getting the detail right and want to build your career within a People Team where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
