We are seeking a highly motivated HR
Operations Manager to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) company. The
ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take full ownership of the HR
operations function, with a strong focus on employee engagement and well-being.
· HR Operations Management:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and smooth
processes.
· Employee Relations: Develop and
maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and
providing support.
· Payroll Management: Take ownership of the payroll process,
ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries andother payments.
· Recruitment and Onboarding: support
recruitment efforts, manage the onboarding process, and ensure new hires have a
seamless transition.
· Liaise with pension, life
assurance and healthcare providers to manage benefits and ensure accurate
delivery.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance
with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR
policies.
· HR Metrics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse HR metrics, generating reports to inform decision-making in
the business.
· Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair
practices.
· Employee Engagement: Foster a
culture of engagement and collaboration, organising events and initiatives that
promote a positive work environment.
· Qualifications: CIPD qualified
or part qualified
· Experience: a minimum of 3 years HR operations, preferably
within an MSP or technology company.
· Skills: Strong leadership,
communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities effectively.
· Proficient in HR information
systems, data, analysis and reporting
· Knowledge: In-depth
understanding of HR policies, labour laws and regulations.
· Experience of payroll and
benefit administration
· Attributes: Self-starter,
proactive, and able to work independently. High level of integrity and
discretion.
