Are you looking for a varied position where you will work closely with engineers, service teams, contractors and senior leadership to maintain accreditations, improve operational standards, and drive continuous improvement across the business? This growing machinery solutions business specialises in engineering support, servicing and aftersales solutions across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Business SHEQ & Compliance Officer to support compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence across their Mildenhall and Long Bennington facilities. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all SHEQ and compliance-related matters, ensuring the business operates in line with all legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements. You will lead ISO accreditation processes, manage audits and risk assessments, maintain contractor compliance, and support onboarding, training and internal process improvements. This role would suit someone with strong SHEQ, quality or compliance experience within an engineering, machinery, service or technical environment, looking for a long-term role with real ownership and progression.
