Job Description - Internal Sales

There is a salary of up to £35,000 and benefits including commission with a realistic OTE of £50,000, private healthcare, free parking, amazing training and career prospects and holidays that increase to 22 days plus bank holidays (with the scope to buy up to 5 more days)

What will you be doing as Internal Sales:
Working as part of a varied sales team based in the head office, you will be looking to establish new business opportunities for the business. Duties will include:

Finding new clients through a variety of methods including online and referrals
Qualifying new enquiries and following up on all leads
Generating opportunities and appointments for the field based sales team and occasionally attending customer meetings with them
Looking for ways to introduce additional revenue streams
Negotiating with customers to develop profitable business and sustainable relationships
Updating the CRM to ensure accurate customer records and suitable follow up plans
Working to KPIs to achieve targets
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Ideally experience in a similar Internal Sales, Telesales, Account Manager or similar sales based role
Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email
Sales focused
Motivated and driven to succeed
Ambitious and keen to learn and develop
Due to the office location, you will realistically need our own transport

A salary of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
The opportunity to earn commission with a realistic OTE of £50,000
22 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the ability to buy up to 5 extra days)
