This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk or a customer-facing technical role who enjoys working directly with users and resolving issues face-to-face. The Role You'll provide hands-on, walk-up IT support to end users, helping diagnose and resolve a variety of day-to-day technical issues across laptops, mobile devices, Windows and Microsoft applications. You'll also log and manage incidents through ServiceNow, escalate more complex issues to relevant support teams and help keep IT asset information up to date.
