It's commercial, it's in use with real customers, and it's moving into new sectors The gap they're hiring for: Our client need someone to own microstructure, grains, phases, damage mechanisms and connect it upwards into the component models that train the AI. Model the material properly and you can predict behaviour for alloys nobody has ever tested. That's what opens new industries for them, and it's precisely why this role exists.
