Our well-established client is seeking a professional and organised Private Client Legal Assistant to join our Private Client Department, providing administrative and legal support to fee earners across a range of matters including wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection work.
The role involves supporting client onboarding, file management, correspondence, document preparation, and estate administration, while delivering excellent client care and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and an interest in private client law to develop their career within a supportive legal environment.
Knowledge
· A strong understanding of administrative processes and office procedures.
· High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
· Experience with case management systems is desirable but not essential.
· Previous experience of private client work (wills, probate, trusts) is desirable but not essential.

· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
· Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
