Essential:
Experience working with children or young people Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Patient, caring, and supportive approach Basic literacy and numeracy skillsDesirable:
Relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) Experience working in a school setting Knowledge of additional learning needs (ALN/SEN) Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
