Option 1: Night Shift Rotation
One night shift every 5-6 weeks

Option 2: Optional Callout Cover
Join the callout rota once per month if you want extra earning potential
Ideal for those seeking flexibility over scheduled night shifts

What You'll Be Doing:

Performing planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse range of machinery
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and multiskilled faults
Supporting site reliability and engineering performance improvements
Collaborating with an experienced and friendly engineering team
