Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a provider of HVAC maintenance services, is looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Engineer to work at a high end estate based in West London. Salary up to £34k pa, M-F 7am-4pm.

Job Duties

• The Maintenance Engineer job will involve;
  


• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs throughout the estate.
  


• General plumbing, minor electrical works.
  


• The Maintenance Engineer job will also involve some decorating and painting works.
  

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job will have strong maintenance experience in a commercial environment.

The Maintenance Engineer will have good communication skills. 

Someone who has worked as a Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, M&E Engineer, Maintenance Plumber, Maintenance Electrician, Maintenance Handyman or Duty Engineer would be suitable for the Maintenance Engineer job.

Job Location

The Maintenance Engineer job is based near Southall station, West London UB2 4AA.
