We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading manufacturer at their modern, highly automated Leicester facility.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of a wide range of automated production equipment, including:
Automated production machinery Conveyors and material handling systems Presses and manufacturing equipment Robotics and automated systems Electrical and mechanical plant equipment Key responsibilities include:
Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out fault finding Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults Working on 3-phase systems, motors, sensors and control equipment Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects Contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the site
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a positive team player who enjoys working within a collaborative maintenance environment and is keen to develop their skills.
Essential Requirements:
Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled) Previous maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work a 5 on 5 off and 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
