The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with a minimum of five years’ experience and demonstrate ambition to progress towards leading a division or already be in this positoon for another consultant. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project costs, contract administration, and commercial management across a variety of property developments. You will provide strategic cost advice, manage procurement and tender processes, and build strong client relationships. The position supports hybrid working and offers a competitive salary, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and excellent benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional looking to develop leadership skills and influence the commercial success of projects.
