The successful candidate will come from a Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing background and have previous experience working within within high-end commercial, residential and hotel background Key Responsibilities · Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the building. · Attend to mechanical, electrical and plumbing-related maintenance issues. · Respond promptly to faults, breakdowns and reactive maintenance requirements. · Carry out routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating effectively. · Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day building services requirements.
