Develop and implement manufacturing processes for precision-engineered components Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and prototype builds Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce waste Ensure compliance with defence and quality standards (ISO, AS9100, etc.) Use CAD and simulation tools to validate manufacturing feasibilityWhat you'll need to succeed
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience in a high-spec manufacturing environment (defence, aerospace, automotive) Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Eligibility for UK Security ClearanceWhat you'll get in return
