Marketing Lead - Consumer - UK & Ireland

Join the UK & Ireland Print Marketing team—a collaborative group passionate about delivering impactful marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll help bring marketing plans to life for our consumer print hardware and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience.

What You’ll Do

• Campaign Support & Execution:

Assist in implementing marketing activities that align with business priorities. Help coordinate campaigns and track progress against quarterly goals.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:
  Work with category, sales, and channel marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans across retail and online channels.

• Campaign Coordination:
  Support the development of media briefs, monitor KPIs, and review performance reports to help optimize campaigns.

• Customer Experience:
  Contribute to improving the customer journey across platforms—including HP.com and retail sites—by ensuring content and messaging are consistent.

• Creative Asset Adaptation:
  Work with global teams and local content managers to adapt marketing materials for the UK & Ireland market.

• Performance Marketing Support:
  Assist with A/B testing and data-driven initiatives in partnership with analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

• eCommerce Marketing:
  Help manage and optimize online campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

• Retail & Trade Marketing:
  Support retail and trade marketing activities to maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

• Budget Tracking:
  Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Who You Are

• Experienced Marketing Professional: You bring 7-10 years of robust experience in marketing and campaign management. 

• Comprehensive Multi-Channel & Influencer Marketing Specialist: You have a proven track record in executing campaigns across diverse channels—including digital, traditional media, and influencer marketing—ensuring cohesive brand messaging and high engagement. 

• Data-Driven Strategist: Your expertise in performance marketing and experimentation helps you optimize campaigns based on rigorous data analysis. 

• Influential Leader: You excel at cutting through silos to influence cross-functional teams and effectively manage large-scale marketing programs. 

• Proactive Self-Starter: You take initiative, thrive in fast-paced environments, and consistently deliver tangible results. 

• eCommerce & Amazon Advertising Expertise (Preferred): Demonstrated experience in ecommerce, particularly with Amazon advertising campaigns, is highly desirable. 

• Consumer Electronics & Services Marketing Background (Preferred): Experience in consumer electronics marketing and/or consumer services is a plus, providing valuable insights into this dynamic field.
