Mobile Mechanical Plumber

Job Role: 

• The Mechanical Plumber will be required to perform general preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, water and other distribution systems.


• Respond to general maintenance duties and operate building equipment and systems to include building engineer/technician operational duties as assigned.


• Assists other department staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations where plumbing expertise is required.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3


• Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience
