Newcastle / Barnard Castle / surrounding areas The role will include Estate management, landlord & tenant and valuations Rural property sales, acquisitions and agency Compensation and Compulsory Purchase Farm business planning and diversification Client management, business development and winning new instructions Supporting and mentoring junior team members The ideal candidate ?? MRICS qualified ?? Strong rural surveying experience ?? Excellent agricultural knowledge ?? Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills ?? Confident negotiator and communicator ?? Ambitious and keen to progress ??
