Alice Rose Recruitment is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team of a leading FM provider covering commercial buildings in Central London.

The Role

Working as part of an established engineering team, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord and tenanted areas, ensuring the building operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

* Fault find across mechanical and electrical building services

* Maintain AHUs, FCUs and HVAC systems

* Monitor pumps, motors and associated plant

* Complete basic plumbing and building fabric repairs

* Issue and manage Permit to Work documentation

* Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors

* Complete maintenance records and logbooks

* Support minor installations and improvement works

* Maintain high health & safety and compliance standards

Requirements

* NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering

* Experience working within commercial building maintenance

* Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant

* Electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience

* Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance

* Client-facing communication skills

* Ability to work effectively within an engineering team
