We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded National Account Managers to join our high-performing Commercial team and help drive the next chapter of our success across Grocery, Discounter, Wholesale and Convenience channels.

This is far more than traditional account management. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer strategies, identifying growth opportunities, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering winning joint business plans that create value for both Müller and our customers. Working at the heart of a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll combine commercial acumen, strategic thinking and exceptional relationship-building skills to unlock sustainable growth in a highly competitive market.

Whether your experience lies with the major grocery multiples, leading discounters, national wholesalers or convenience retailers, you'll have the opportunity to manage significant customer relationships, influence category growth and bring some of the UK's favourite dairy brands to more consumers than ever before.

We're looking for people who:

• Have proven National Account Management experience within FMCG


• Bring strong experience across Grocery, Discounter, Wholesale or Convenience channels


• Can navigate complex customer organisations and influence at multiple stakeholder levels


• Are commercially astute with strong negotiation and analytical skills


• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same


• Have a passion for delivering growth, building partnerships and achieving results
