This Complex Learning Support Practitioner role is perfect for graduates who want to work beyond a traditional classroom support role. You'll support pupils with complex Autism, profound learning difficulties, physical disabilities and multiple communication needs, working alongside teachers and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver individualised education that prepares pupils for adulthood.

Full Academic Year | £500–£550 per week

The successful Complex Learning Support Practitioner will:

• Hold A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and a BA degree


• Be compassionate, resilient and eager to learn


• Have a genuine interest in complex SEND and therapeutic education


• Build trusting relationships with pupils, families and professionals


• Aspire towards a career in SEND, Therapy, Psychology or Healthcare
