This Learning Mentor role is ideal for someone passionate about pupil wellbeing, behaviour support, and helping children overcome barriers to learning in a structured, nurturing environment.

Learning Mentor – What the Role Involves

• Helping pupils develop confidence, routines, and positive learning habits

Learning Mentor – What the School is Looking For

The ideal Learning Mentor will be proactive, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting children’s development. A 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University is required, alongside previous child-centred experience. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Learning Mentor – Salary and Contract Info

• £450 - £530 per week, pro rata to term time only


• Full-time, long-term contract
