This Neurodiversity Support Mentor role is ideal for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology or Specialist Teaching. Rather than providing general classroom support, you'll help pupils understand how they learn best, develop self-advocacy skills and build confidence within an environment that celebrates neurodiversity.
Working alongside experienced SEND Teachers, Inclusion Leaders and therapists, you'll support pupils using adaptive teaching strategies, executive functioning interventions and emotional regulation techniques that enable them to flourish both inside and outside the classroom.
Full Academic Year | £500–£550 per week
