Up to £37,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Home Manager to lead a small, welcoming care home supporting older adults with personal and dementia care needs.

What We're Looking For



  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

  • Previous experience as a Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager looking to progress.

  • Strong knowledge of dementia care, person-centred care, and care home regulations.

  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing care teams.

  • Good understanding of safeguarding, CQC standards, governance, and compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • A compassionate approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

Your Role



  • Lead the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

  • Support and develop the staff team, creating a positive and inclusive working culture.

  • Promote person-centred care that meets the individual needs of every resident.

  • Monitor quality, compliance, and care standards, ensuring the home remains fully compliant with CQC requirements.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.

  • Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance management.

  • Drive continuous improvement across the service while maintaining a warm, welcoming home environment.

  • Ensure the home operates safely, effectively, and in line with all relevant legislation and policies.
