I'm supporting a market-leading international food & beverage business in the search for a Customer Development Manager, who is German speaking, to join a high-growth commercial division operating across the UK and European markets. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Role

This position combines elements of business development, account management, and commercial growth. You’ll work closely with customers across sectors including hospitality, leisure, foodservice, and retail, helping drive brand growth and maximise commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing customer relationships


• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand accounts


• Supporting commercial growth across existing and new business


• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders


• Analysing market and sales trends to identify opportunities


• Delivering a highly customer-focused approach


• Representing the business in a field-based commercial role

About You

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Commercially minded with a proactive approach


• Experience within sales, account management, or business development


• Comfortable working autonomously and managing priorities


• Energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused
