Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £28,000 

40 hours per week, All Year Round 

Daily life in this nursery centres on understanding each child as an individual, with learning shaped through observation, routine, and meaningful interaction. Thoughtfully arranged classrooms, a dedicated baby sleep room, and areas for messy and soft play create a setting where children can move naturally between activities. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work closely with your room team, supporting children’s development while contributing to consistent, high-quality practice.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)


• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting


• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding


• Ability to support children’s development and daily routines confidently


• Clear communication and teamwork skills

What You’ll Do

• Deliver care and education in line with EYFS requirements


• Support children’s development through planned and free-play activities


• Complete observations and contribute to learning plans and next steps


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised room environment


• Build professional relationships with parents and provide updates


• Work with colleagues to maintain consistent standards across the nursery
