We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and highly motivated PR & Trade Manager to join a growing travel consultancy. This fully remote role (UK‑based, with regular travel) offers the chance to work directly with the Founder, across a portfolio of destination and travel clients, taking on real responsibility from day one.

You’ll thrive in a start‑up environment where pace is high, processes evolve quickly, and everyone rolls up their sleeves, to really drive the business forward and ensure client success to the highest level. If you’re self-motivated, commercially sharp and excited by the idea of helping to build something from the ground up, this is the role for you.

You’ll lead day‑to‑day delivery across PR, partnerships and representation — from driving travel trade relationships and hosting fam trips, to developing story angles, pitching media and representing clients at industry events.

To succeed, you’ll need to be resilient and self‑disciplined, with excellent writing skills, strong travel trade experience and the confidence to work independently. You’ll be a natural problem solver, a relationship‑builder and someone who brings energy, initiative and fresh thinking to every project.
