Staff Nurse – RGN/RMN

£20.00 per Hour | Day Shifts | Paid Breaks | Luxury Nursing Home

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a beautiful luxury nursing home, providing high-quality care for older adults within a peaceful and welcoming environment.

The home offers a comfortable, thoughtfully designed setting for residents with residential, nursing and dementia care needs. With a strong focus on dignity, independence and individual wellbeing, the team is committed to delivering personalised care that helps residents feel safe, supported and truly at home.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents and wants to work in a setting where high clinical standards and person-centred care go hand in hand.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration – essential


• Previous nursing home experience – essential


• Post-registration nursing experience – essential


• Strong clinical knowledge and confident nursing skills


• Experience supporting older adults with nursing and dementia care needs


• Confidence with medication administration, clinical assessments and care planning


• Good understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding and clinical governance


• Ability to support and guide care staff during shifts


• A compassionate, professional and resident-focused approach

Your Role as Staff Nurse

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to residents


• Support older adults with a range of residential, nursing and dementia care needs


• Complete clinical assessments and maintain individualised care plans


• Administer medications safely and accurately


• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition


• Provide guidance and support to care staff throughout shifts


• Work closely with families, colleagues and external healthcare professionals


• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation


• Follow safeguarding procedures, CQC requirements and professional nursing standards


• Promote residents' dignity, independence and overall wellbeing
