We are so excited to be continuing our partnership with one of the Cotswolds’ most picturesque luxury hotels as they look to appoint a talented Senior Sous Chef to support the leadership of their highly regarded seafood-focused restaurant kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef with Rosette experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a kitchen that champions exceptional ingredients, sustainability, and professional development.

• £44,604 per annum plus £3,000 to £3,500 service charge

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef…

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of a busy seafood restaurant kitchen


• Leading and motivating the brigade to consistently deliver dishes to a high Rosette standard


• Assisting with menu development, seasonal dish creation and maintaining quality control


• Training, mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team


• Helping to manage stock, ordering and food cost controls

Working with some of the finest produce available, including fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.
