A hands-on support role providing technical assistance across trading platforms in a live market environment. You’ll work closely with engineers and traders to ensure system stability during market hours.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support for trading systems

Investigate and resolve incidents

Monitor system performance

Liaise with engineering teams

Support deployments and releases

Required Experience

Application support background

Financial trading systems exposure

SQL and scripting skills

Incident management experience

Calm, analytical approach

Nice to Have

ITIL exposure

Linux experience

FIX protocol knowledge
