This PMLD Assistant role is based within a specialist provision where pupils require tailored support across communication, sensory regulation, personal care and learning development. Staff work closely with therapists, teachers and families to create structured and supportive environments that allow pupils to develop confidence, independence and engagement throughout the school day.

The successful PMLD Assistant will provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities and additional medical or sensory needs.
