Night Van Driver

Location: Letchworth

Pay: £16.20 per hour (13.50 per hour plus 20% night shift uplift)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm to 6am

Job Type: Temp to Perm

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Van Driver to join a busy print company in Letchworth. This is a hands-on role combining van driving, warehouse duties and regular shunting between the Letchworth and Sandy sites.

You will spend part of your shift driving between sites and part of your time supporting the warehouse team with packing, unwrapping and general warehouse duties.

What You’ll Do

  Drive a company van between the Letchworth and Sandy sites

  
  


• 
  

  Shunt stock, materials and equipment between the two locations

  
  


• 
  

  Help with loading and unloading the van

  
  


• 
  

  Unwrap and prepare products and materials

  
  


• 
  

  Pack and organise goods ready for dispatch

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out general warehouse duties as required

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the warehouse and work areas tidy and organised

  
  


• 
  

  Work as part of a small, hands-on warehouse and production team

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Previous van driving experience

  
  


• 
  

  A full UK driving licence

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable carrying out physical and hands-on warehouse work

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, print or manufacturing environment would be useful

  
  


• 
  

  Happy to combine driving duties with warehouse work

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable and comfortable working night shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Good attention to detail when handling and packing products
