Northern Retail Account Manager UK


FULL TIME    |      NORTH UK      

We are currently recruiting for a full time Northern Retail Account Manager. 


This role is responsible for driving the commercial growth, visibility, and distribution of the QV skincare portfolio across
retail pharmacy in the northern region. This role focuses on building strong relationships with pharmacy groups and
independent pharmacies to ensure QV products are effectively positioned as a leading dermatological skincare solution.
The successful candidate will deliver sales growth through account development, in-store execution, education and
collaboration with key stakeholders. This role is critical in strengthening QV’s presence within the UK pharmacy landscape
while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives


Key Responsibilities


Account Management & Business Development



  • Manage and develop relationships with pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies within the assigned region

  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution, increase product listings, and grow share of shelf

  • Deliver regional transfer orders (TFO) / sales targets and market share growth objectives


Retail Execution & In-Store Excellence



  • Ensure strong in-store presence of QV products including optimal shelf placement and merchandising

  • Work with pharmacy retail partners to implement promotional activities and campaigns

  • Monitor stock levels and distribution to ensure product availability


Education & Brand Advocacy



  • Provide training and education to pharmacy teams on the benefits of the QV dermatological skincare range

  • Position QV as a trusted skincare solution recommended by pharmacists

  • Support pharmacy staff in understanding the science behind the brand and appropriate patient recommendations
