This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with experience supporting Oracle HCM or enterprise business systems who is looking to further develop their career in applications support, testing, configuration, and system optimisation. You'll play a key role in supporting critical HR and Payroll systems used across a large and complex organisation. Role Overview As a Junior Functional Expert , you will support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimisation of Oracle HCM systems, working closely with Functional Experts, business stakeholders, and third-party support providers. The role combines system support, testing, data analysis, configuration, and user support activities. You'll be involved in quarterly Oracle releases, regression testing, incident resolution, and improvement initiatives, helping ensure business-critical systems operate effectively and efficiently. This is well suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting issues, working with data, supporting end users, and developing their knowledge of enterprise HR and Payroll systems.
