Packaging Manager Beauty

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Packaging Manager with Beauty experience to join the team.  In this role you'll support the delivery of exceptional quality packaging that will delight our Beauty customers and drive our Plan A initiatives.

Working across both the Packaging and the Beauty teams, alongside technologists, buyers, designers and suppliers, you'll help ensure every products meets our exacting standards for print-quality, compliance, sustainability and performance. You'll need to be detail-driven, curious, and excited by the world of beauty and fragrance.

What you’ll do 

Your key accountabilities will include

• Demonstrates technical awareness of technical drawings and mold-designs and approves for production.

• Industry knowledge enabling ownership of mitigation of packaging, compliance, supplier and commercial risks.

• Ability to align packaging requirements to supplier manufacturing and production capabilities.

• Working closing with Packaging Technologists for additional formulation testing requirements – Stability, Compatibility, user trials and claim substantiation

• Ability to deliver cross-component critical paths from multiple sources, arriving at the manufacturers on time for formulation fill.

• Knowledge of multiple substrates; plastics, glass, board as well as print techniques applicable to all
