Job Description - Parts Advisor

Richmond, North Yorkshire

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic + Bonus

Monday to Friday Only

Pybus Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected franchised dealership group in North Yorkshire. We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a successful aftersales team in Richmond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, managing parts enquiries, and supporting a busy workshop operation, all whilst enjoying a great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers
Identifying parts accurately using manufacturer systems
Managing stock control and inventory procedures
Processing orders, invoices and customer enquiries
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Working closely with service and workshop teams

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good IT and administration skills
Full UK driving licence preferred
