Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central PR Team team is hiring a PR & Communications Manager, International Markets

The role

The PR & Communications Manager delivers the operational excellence behind press, ambassador and influencer activity across the Villages. This role turns regional communications priorities into flawlessly coordinated visits and partnerships that strengthen destination desirability.

Location: London / Bicester Village with high frequency travel to our European Villages

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of influencer and press visits for the MENA and India markets, building itineraries that serve clear commercial goals, put the guest first and meet Collection standards.


• Host press and influencers on site with polished, attentive service, so they experience the Villages at their best and create content that reflects The Bicester Collection brand.


• Guide media, ambassador and influencer partnerships through the required legal, commercial and brand approvals before they go live.


• Manage visit and partnership costs with rigour, tracking commitments accurately, ensuring timely payment and reporting on performance.

What we're looking for

• Experience coordinating press, influencer or ambassador activity across multiple locations, ideally in luxury, travel or hospitality, with a strong grasp of creator partnerships, usage rights and brand safety.


• Able to design complex itineraries and run several high-profile visits at once, with calm, practical judgement when plans change.


• Clear communicator who builds trust with Villages, agencies, creators and brand partners, with cultural sensitivity across MENA, India and European markets.


• Commercially minded and confident managing budgets, purchase orders and invoices, and comfortable with digital tools, reporting platforms and AI.
