KS1 or KS2 Teacher

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

A welcoming and highly regarded two-form entry mainstream primary school in Harrow is seeking a committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated KS1 or KS2 Teacher to join their dedicated team either as soon as possible or from September 2026, depending on availability. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate classroom practitioner who is confident teaching across either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and is looking to contribute to a supportive, forward-thinking and inclusive school community.

About the Role

As a KS1 or KS2 Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver creative, engaging and well-differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

* Support pupils in developing strong core skills in reading, writing and mathematics

* Adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs

* Assess, track and monitor pupil progress to ensure high achievement for all learners

* Create a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, curiosity and independence

* Work collaboratively with year group teams, teaching assistants and senior leaders

* Build strong and positive relationships with parents and carers to support pupil progress and wellbeing

* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, trips and whole-school events

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

* Experience teaching within either KS1 or KS2

* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks

* High expectations for both behaviour and academic progress

* Excellent classroom management skills

* A reflective and committed practitioner who values professional development

* A proactive and collaborative team player

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
