Private Client Solicitor Head of Department or designated.

London East / Essex -Central Line

8 Years + PQE -Ideally STEP

Excellent salary 30 days holidays, Pension contributions, exceptional bonuses

This is a rare and sought after position and will suit experienced solicitor in this specialised field and our client is open to experienced solicitors with 8 years + Post Qualification Experience

The opportunity exists to head the Private Client department now or in the future.

You therefore need to have commercial business and people skills and develop the department to grow further. Therefore, you should be able to develop new clients.

The firms’ services are in already in demand and there is an opportunity to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Bigger City Law firms.

There is a genuine opportunity to work on current cases and bring in new business when available. The prospects are genuinely great, and it is anticipated the right candidate will run the department as a Head and have a team to work with as opportunities continue to come in.

• Work on transactions of high value and complexity

• Succession Planning

• Wills

• Probate and estate management

• Trusts and lifetime trusts

• LPAs -Lasting Power of Attorney

• Property Transfers

• Estate Planning

• Inheritance tax, mitigation and asset protection advice

• Administration of estates.

• Court protection and deputyship

• Represent high -net -worth individual clients and private companies.
