Mon – Friday, 40 hours per week
 
We are excited to be working with our client, a fast-growing and well-respected production company in Thetford. They are expanding their team and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented operatives to join a friendly, supportive, and professional workplace.
 
Duties:

Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
Monitor quality and report any issues or faults promptly
Assemble products, pick and pack and prepare for dispatch.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
What we’re looking for

Strong attention to detail
Production or assembly experience preferred, but not essential
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload when required
Efficient, reliable, and able to work well within a team
