Production Operative

Location: Colchester
Salary: £28,500 per year + overtime
Shifts: Rotating 06:00 to 14:30 / 13:30 to 22:00

We are recruiting for a hands on Production Operative to join a busy and growing signage and manufacturing business in Colchester.

This is a fast paced role working across production, fabrication, print and assembly, ideal for someone with previous manufacturing or workshop experience looking for a long term opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Cutting, laminating, assembling and finishing products
• Quality checking finished items
• Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production, manufacturing, workshop, print or signage experience
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical work and rotating shifts
