Production Operator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assembly of components in accordance with operator guidance system (OGS)

2. Manage set timings to ensure build targets are met

3. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace

4. Supports all company and department activities associated with meeting the goal in the “Presidents Message”

5. Adopts and practices Kaizen principles and concepts, participates in continuous improvement and GEAR activities.

6. Follows all general procedures as indicated in the General Procedures section of the Level 3 Procedures Manual.

7. Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management systems.

8. Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.

9. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
