The role


As an Aircraft Maintenance Production Planner, you'll be part of our Aviation business, supporting the planning and delivery of Base Maintenance activities across our Airbus EC135 and H145 helicopter fleet.


 


Working within our Part-145 Maintenance Organisation, you'll act as the key interface between CAMO, Engineering, Logistics and Operations, ensuring all maintenance inputs are fully planned, resourced and ready for execution. Your work will directly contribute to aircraft availability for mission-critical HEMS and Police Aviation operations across the UK


 


Day-to-day, you will:



  • Develop and maintain maintenance plans for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.

  • Convert CAMO maintenance requirements into executable maintenance work packages.

  • Coordinate manpower, tooling, facilities, materials and specialist resources required for maintenance inputs.

  • Monitor maintenance progress and support recovery planning where schedules are at risk.

  • Coordinate the embodiment of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Repairs and Modifications.

  • Work closely with CAMO, Stores, Logistics, Operations and Maintenance Delivery teams to optimise aircraft availability.

This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Gloucestershire Airport, Staverton.


 


Essential experience of the Aircraft Maintenance Production Planner:



  • Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production planning or maintenance coordination.

  • Understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and engineering resource planning.

  • Experience preparing and controlling maintenance work packages.

  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience using aviation maintenance management software such as RAMCO, AMOS, Rusada or equivalent.


 


Qualifications for the Aircraft Maintenance Production Planner:



  • HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent experience in an aviation, engineering or technical discipline.

  • Relevant aircraft maintenance planning or engineering experience


 


Security Clearance


The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
