Salary: Grade 6 - £31,236 - £36,636 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Type: Part-Time (7 hours per week/ 0.2 FTE), Fixed Term for 24 months

About our Team
The School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society (EGIS) at Heriot-Watt University is leading the Innovate UK funded project, Developing AI professional capability in the construction workforce through graduate apprenticeships.
The project responds to the growing need for applied artificial intelligence capabilities across Scotland’s construction and built-environment workforce. It will build upon Heriot-Watt University’s existing BSc (Hons) Construction and the Built Environment Graduate Apprenticeship programme, combining academic learning with employer-based implementation activities.
Detailed Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Lead and Industry Lead partners to support with the coordination and promotion of knowledge exchange and co-creation activities during the project.
A central part of the role will be engagement with employers and wider industry stakeholders. The postholder will coordinate the project’s Industry Stakeholder Steering Group and support employer consultations, curriculum co-design activities, workshops, dissemination events and other knowledge-exchange activities. The postholder will also assist with monitoring and evaluating project outcomes. This will include collating evidence relating to curriculum co-design, employer engagement, learner participation, workplace AI projects, and sector dissemination.
