Tasks

• Define plans for projects and gain consensus and clear alignment with the team and the client.
• Establish and maintain project communications.
• Oversee project estimations and staffing.
• Oversee the development of project deliverables.
• Technical awareness of Integration projects.
• Manage scope over the duration of the project.
• Identify and manage project issues.
• Identify, perform impact assessment and manage risks.
• Control the execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate level of quality.
• Project management of senior and junior technical resources.
• Monitor the project's overall progress, including cost and profitability, initiating corrective action and escalating as appropriate.
• Keep company systems updated so that the senior management team can see accurate project status
• Stakeholder management and project progress reporting on a regular basis to the client and internally.
• Secure and schedule the resources to deliver the project.
• End to end responsibility for the project execution and success (time, cost, quality, client satisfaction).
• Responding to resource requests
• Facilitating the allocation of the right person to the right job.
• Be a senior part of the team and work closely with management.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ end to end Project Management experience.
• Demonstrable experience as project manager working within a technical consultancy on applications, software or infrastructure projects.
• Proven multi-project management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate decision making.
• Problem solving and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation and writing proposals.
• Negotiation skills.
• Risk mitigation and crisis management.
• Budget management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation (technical, business, executive).
• Strong analytical skills - proactively gather the right data to make the right decisions.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives and develop processes and tools as needed to support the organization.
• Being a confident communicator and an effective listener.
• Handle changing priorities positively and constructively.
