An established construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects across the Dundee area and surrounding.

This role will involve managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from start to handover

*

Develop and monitor project programmes

*

Oversee site teams and subcontractors

*

Control project costs, materials and resources

*

Carry out site inspections and monitor quality

*

Ensure compliance with H&S and industry regulations

*

Attend client and project meetings

*

Work closely with commercial teams on reporting and project performance

*

Manage defects and project close-out activities

About You

*

Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager

*

Strong construction background

*

Excellent planning and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

*

CSCS card and full UK driving licence

*

SMSTS and First Aid desirable
