Job description: Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a passion for driving strong safety culture and operational standards? Do you enjoy influencing leaders, protecting colleagues and embedding best-practice compliance across complex operations? Are you confident managing both health & safety governance and site facilities in a fast-paced logistics environment where standards truly matter? Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Health & Safety & Facilities Manager to support our TJX operation in Crewe . This is a full-time, permanent role , working Monday to Friday, 8-4 (flexibility required as it is a 24/7 operation) where you’ll play a key role within the site leadership team, leading health, safety, environmental and facilities activities to ensure legal compliance, continuous improvement and a safe, efficient working environment. What you’ll do on a typical day: Promoting and driving a culture of safety engagement in line with the Road to Zero philosophy and improving performance through the implementation of relevant management systems current standards and legislation; maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by the identification and control of risks, leading to the prevention of accidents and causes of work-related ill health.
