The projects range in value from £5 million to £15 million, focusing on modular construction solutions for the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial management of the project, ensuring cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires the ability to work independently on site, managing budgets, subcontractor payments, valuations, and final accounts, while providing detailed progress reports and commercial advice.
