What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders to understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning activities.
• Producing meaningful analysis around sales, margins, profitability and business performance.
• Building financial models to support investment decisions and growth initiatives.
• Providing insight that helps leaders make better commercial decisions.
• Supporting pricing, profitability, working capital and stock optimisation initiatives.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects, reporting enhancements and process development. Word]

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who wants to take the next step in their finance career and become a commercially focused business partner.

You'll likely have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience in Management Accounts, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Audit or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• The confidence to communicate with stakeholders outside of finance.
• A curious mindset and genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
• Ambition to develop into a senior commercial finance professional.
