Hi-Tech Property Services is an established building, maintenance and refurbishment contractor with a growing portfolio of national and regional clients.

Our projects range from planned maintenance and refurbishments through to construction projects valued at over £250,000. We work across a wide range of disciplines, employing skilled electricians, plumbers, carpenters, roofers, decorators, builders and multi-trade operatives.

The Role

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you'll work across a variety of exciting refurbishment and construction projects throughout the South East.

We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong carpentry and general building experience, although wider multi-trade skills are highly desirable.

No two days are the same. One week you may be carrying out refurbishment works in a hotel, the next delivering fit-out works in a busy hospitality venue.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out high-quality multi-trade works across customer sites throughout the South East.
• Completing carpentry, general building and associated finishing works.
• Diagnosing faults and identifying practical repair solutions.
• Communicating professionally with customers and site teams.
• Working safely and always following company Health & Safety procedures.
• Liaising with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and Estimators to ensure works are completed efficiently.
• Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
• Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the wider team.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative within construction or refurbishment.
• Strong carpentry and general building skills.
• Experience working on commercial or hospitality projects.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A full UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

40 hours per week

Based on customer sites across the South East.
